The Founder
JDN Architects was founded by Ar. James Duvaidsan in April 2025, right in the heart of Nagercoil. The firm represents his vision of elevating the architectural landscape of the region through thoughtful and innovative design.
Our areas of specialization include luxury residences, designer villas, mixed-use developments, row house communities, commercial complexes, industrial structures, banks and financial institutions, as well as educational facilities such as schools, colleges, and auditoriums.

Ar. James Duvaidsan, the Managing Director and Chief Architect, is a graduate of Manipal University with over a decade of experience in design and construction.
